Walking mindfully on a barefoot trail provides intense stimulation to the foot\u2019s reflex zones and is gentle on the joints. The circular barefoot trail runs through the heart of the Vitalpark. Feel the wood chips, tree discs, gravel, sand and clay, bark mulch and much more under your feet.

A walk along the forest nature trail is also a great option for families. There are information boards about trees and other vegetation along the route.
