Taking a sauna is soothing for both body and soul. The heat is beneficial for your skin, respiratory system, immune system, mood, and overall well-being. We place special emphasis on “healthy sauna use.” After you’ve worked up a sweat in the sauna, you’ll naturally want to cool off. For this purpose, we offer plunge pools, an outdoor area, Kneipp hoses, waterfall showers, an ice fountain, and a bathing grotto. Afterward, you can relax in the relaxation room and on the sun terrace.
Salztal Paradies offers five different saunas:
- 60° C Bio-Sauna: moderate temperature and pleasant humidity
- 70° C Light Sauna: a pleasant lighting atmosphere created by gently changing color gradients
- 80° C Herbal Sauna: Hay, herbs, and water create the scent of a mountain meadow
- 90° C Finnish Relaxation Sauna: soothing music enhances the relaxing effect
- 100° C Himalayan Salt Sauna: a pleasantly warm environment with a humidity level of 8 to 15%

During the Long Sauna Evenings, visit the sauna area, the outdoor area, the Sachsenstein Grotto, the attraction pool, the hot tub, and the steam room, and enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating evening at Salztal Paradies Bad Sachsa.
