Rules for the “Lichterfest 2026” Giveaway in Bad Sachsa on Instagram and Facebook

Prize/Voucher Value:
The beverage vouchers are each worth 20 euros and can only be redeemed on-site at the Bad Sachsa Tourist Information beer cart during the event for non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages. They can only be used on August 1, 2026, during the “Lichterfest 2026” event at Vitalpark, Kurpark 6, 37441 Bad Sachsa. The voucher can also be redeemed in parts. The winners (one winner on Instagram and one winner on Facebook) will be notified of their win via a public post on the “badsachsatourismus” Instagram page and the “Bad Sachsa” Facebook page, followed by a private message. Duration of the contest:
The contest runs from July 22, 2026, through July 30, 2026.
Requirements for entering the contest:
Participants must be 18 years old, follow the “badsachsatourismus” page on Instagram, like the post, and comment on the contest post. In the comment, they must tag one person with whom they would like to experience the 2026 Festival of Lights in Bad Sachsa. Multiple entries are not permitted.

Drawing:
All participants who meet the requirements will be added to the “Wheel of Names” online using their Instagram or Facebook usernames. The winners will be determined with a single click on the digital wheel of fortune. The wheel will be spun together for both Instagram and Facebook, resulting in a total of 2 winners.
Notification:
The winners will be announced by their Instagram usernames on the “badsachsatourismus” Instagram page and on the “Bad Sachsa” Facebook page. Winners will be asked via private message to provide their contact information (first and last name, as well as address). Once this information is provided, the voucher can be picked up on the day of the event (August 1, 2026) by 2:00 p.m. at the Bad Sachsa Tourist Information Office (Am Kurpark 6, 37441 Bad Sachsa) or between 6:00 p.m. and midnight at the Tourist Information beer cart (same address). You must present your ID to claim the voucher.
Validity period:
The gift certificate is valid only on the day of the event, August 1, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Age restriction:
Participants must be at least 18 years old to participate and redeem the offer.
Exclusion of Cash Payouts:
A cash payout is not possible.
Transferability:
The gift certificate is non-transferable.
Legal Remedies:
Legal action is prohibited.
